Re: emails

Are you presently a BT Broadband customer or are you paying for your email through a BT Premium email account or did you migrate to EE Broadband?

How are you sending your emails is it with a web browser or an email client or email app and can you supply the name of which ever it is?

If it is with an email client/app can you try with a web browser?

Are you using the "Reply To" function or is it when you enter the email address either from your contacts list or manually?

If it is when you use the "Reply To" function can you try entering the email address your self?

Re: emails

its when I press reply to.  I am using web browser I believe.  its not outlook.  I migrated to ee from BT. I have resorted to deleting all the original email and just putting in a reply which means the chain of actions is lost

Re: emails

When you say you are using a web browser do you know which one it is. There are numerous browsers such as Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox etc?

Why are you deleting the original email?

When you say you are deleting the original email are you opening the received email then clicking on "Reply To" then deleting the contents of the received email then typing your email into the page where you have deleted the contents of the original email and then it will send?

Or are you typing a brand new email where you have entered the recipients email address your self?

Does this happen with every email you receive and try to reply to or is it just one particular email?

Does the email you receive have any attachments?
