Email Issues 27/01

Anyone having issues with the emails today? Whilst mine is fine, another family member is having issues with webmail (getting a technical difficulties error) and also on iphone mail, which will send but not receive. It has been ongoing since about midday.

Hi @adam101 

I'm not aware of any issues. Is your family member's email working any better today? It may be worth them logging out and back in again on webmail, if they're still having problems.

@Christopher_G No, still not working properly. It has been reported to BT and being investigated, so hopefully will be fixed soon.
