Hi Everyone,
my wife’s email has stopped working, when trying to retrieve her mail I’m getting a server outage message but no issues reported on the bt website. It’s showing there’s 46 new mail, but no mail is loading and when I log into web mail it shows nothing except a -1 for the inbox. She can send an email but not receive.
I’ve reset the password, tried reinstalling the details on the iPhone mail app which are accepted but the email isn’t receiving and nothings showing in the inbox.
any help would be appreciated

Hi @OldRocker,
I think it would be best if we took a look into the account for you and worked out what was happening.
If you could try a different device to log in, to make sure it's not a device issue, that would be helpful and save us some time.
