Yes its very harrowing, they were running all night and stopped around 6:30 am this morning. Trying to get everything moved off BT. I can't believe its a 4 digit OTP, the hackers must have found an old API endpoint and are hitting it with an automated tool
Got a separate thread posted on this but this is obviously an existing & increasing problem. Why do BT want to control everything with a an AI BOT now? It's obviously getting increasingly stupid at sorting out real problems which usually involve being locked into a continuing loop. I've only just got my last email problem one sorted after 2 months of back & forth haggling & I've currently got a similar "loop de loop" problem getting access into my "Chat" account. I hope it isn't going to take 2 months to get back into my email account!
