I have an email address which I use all the time which is not showing on my list of emails. The transfer button does not work, it just comes up with an error. I have tried all the usual, different browsers, clearing cache etc and tried on several days but it still doesn't work. Any ideas?

Are you trying to import the email address in your BT email account?
What is the error message you get when trying to transfer the email address?
