Please, please sort out the cursor problem and the email alignment on the page. It is driving mad. Will need to change service providers quickly!!

are you using BT mail app or web mail or 3rd party mail app?
@Mike2012 you don't have to change provider, simply change the way you access email and use a mail client such as Thunderbird or EmClient.
