Email not accepting

I'm getting a bit fed up now, I was hacked again last week and it was suggested I set up a new email address.

I've set up a new email address, but I keep getting told people can't send me emails BT are rejecting them and Outlook says "Sync issues This Computer only".

Anyone have an idea what is going on, please?

Have you checked that the email address actually works . ie send a test email to your self using webmail and NOT Outlook?

Have you checked that you have set it up correctly on Outlook using the correct settings and password?

I have checked all the settings, everything seems to be ok, if i send a test message it works, but not instantly. I'm still getting people saying my email address isn't working.

@enfield250  I fully appreciate this might not be an acceptable or even convenient solution, but have you considered moving to a completely different email provider?

Kimberlin,
It's an idea, I do use gmail on my mobile and Blue Mail, as the BT mail app kept asking me to login.

Have also set the account up on your phone?

Remove the account from Outlook so that it is only being used on webmail.

Does your email work correctly when using a web browser?
