Email notifications

Seeing notifications of emails, after opening and then deleting them, they still show on the app.

How do i clear it?

Where exactly are these stuck notifications showing, is it in the app itself, or in your phone's notification list?

Also whilst really simple, have you checked for updates or tried giving this a reinstall?

Hi, Anyone can tell me how/why email notifications on my android phone do not disappear after opening, reading and even deleting them?

Sorry for the delay in responding.....the notification is on the home screen App of my phone.
Actually I have just reposted the problem
I have uninstelled/reinstalled the App multiple times, and can't find anything in the App setting that could be the problem.

Please don't confuse things by starting a new thread with the same problem.

Ditch the BT mail app and use a better one such as Blue Mail

Thanks for coming back to us. 

Which phone are you using? 

If you go into your phone settings and select the BT Email app, could you try turning notifications off to see if you still have a notification showing after deleting the email?
