Email password and security questions lost

Hi I have forgotten my email password and tried to reset it but bt said my security answers were wrong including my date of birth so won’t let me reset… I sm not sure how my Dob is incorrect on their system and desperately need my email can anyone help please

I would contact BT directly and see what alternatives they have, I'm sure they will have had similar before.  It is odd about your DOB but I'm sure sortable:
