Hi all,
Im a Gmail user, but due to Google not having a dedicated support service, I thought I’d ask a question on here.
For a couple of months, all the emails I send from my Gmail account to a BT internet email account are automatically blocked from going through. This is incredibly annoying as need to email these people often but no have no ability to do so. It says my emails are blocked on Policy grounds. any help would be appreciated.
It may be that the recipient has blocked your email address or the gmail domain.
Get the recipient to log onto their BTMail account using a browser, not an email client/app, and then click on their username at the right hand side. Select "Settings" then go to the left hand side and select "Mail". Scroll down and click on "Blocked Senders".
Scroll down the list until they find your gmail email address or the email domain (the part after @) that they want to unblock and select it. Click on the small "Trash" symbol at the right hand side. It will only delete the email address from the blocked senders list not their contacts list.
