receiving intermittent emails from same people

Hi, I have for the previous 2 weekends and as of earlier today, been trying to play my arenanet game. The is 'apparently' two step authentication set up with it. This has not been needed for the previous several years. However, my problem is, that I am not receiving the codes. The last 6 or 8 emails into my account have all been from the arena net company, attempting and failing miserably to see what they can do. Each time the problem has occurred, it has somehow magically restored itself a few days later to where I can log straight in, as before. The process is cyclical, I am receiving the same 'try this' try that' emails and nothing seems to be getting through to them.

I am trying to get information, hopefully from BT, that will help in this matter.

I sent myself a test email too, that I received, but so far not one authentication code has arrived, and I have tried logging in quite a few times. help

Could I just check are the emails now coming through for you? If not, have you checked your block senders list to make sure no emails are blocked from the company?

Hi, yes, I was able to get in touch with support and the nice guy from India sorted me out. They have always come through for me. I came to the forum as initially I couldnt remember how to get onto the support page. It's been a while... together we did some sorting out of my blocked senders list, and safe senders list, two places I had never even visited before lol. All mails now coming through. Thank you for your time.
