My emails that I wish to send are now going into my draft folder and stay there.  I get a message draft syncing?

The emails then never send this is on the app mail on my iphone. Help please!

Has this just started to happen?

Have you either updated the app recently or reinstalled it?

Are you sure that the emails are definitely not being sent by checking with the intended recipient?

Have you tried sending by logging onto your email account using a browser (webmail) to see if it is a BTMail problem or a problem with the iPhone app?

Yes, it started to happen around 2-3 weeks ago.

As far as I am aware I haven't updated the app and definitely haven't reinstalled it.

No, the emails are not being sent as I use my work email as a test.

I have logged in this morning via the web browser to find the two drafts from yesterday not even there! They are

not in drafts and not in sent.

I have now had to use the computer to compile the emails again and they have now sent but this is so frustrating as

I am in and out of the office and need the emails on my phone.

Try downloading and installing a different email app such as Bluemail to see if it is an app problem.

Have you managed to sort this as I have exactly the same problem. Works fine on my laptop but not on mobile devices. 
I have seen other people have got it sorted but didn’t say how they did it

It is the service as it is now happening on phone and laptop 😲

I have wiped and reinstalled both.

For some reason the laptop version fails more often.

I'm going to have to spend time on the helpline.
