I am getting around 200+ junk emails each day from my BT address, which I barely use.  It's the main email that is attached to the BT account - we get our BB from BT.  My husband also has a BT address which he wants to keep.  Long winded but can I delete mine and he keep his.  Can't seem to find the answer anywhere......Thanks

Change your BTID username to the address you want to keep in MyBT before deleting the the one you wish to remove.

Yes you can delete it but if you are the BT Broadband account holder and the email address is the one that you have registered and use as your BTID and in order to access your MyBT so that you can manage the BT Broadband account you will need to change your BTID with that email address in your MyBT at the Your Profile section.

If all you are getting is spam and you don't use it for anything else, rather than deleting it you would be as well to just stop using it and do not access it except for at least once in a 150 day period.

This will keep the account active and you would not need to change anything with your MyBT.
