I am able to receive emails but unable to send due to Code 553. How do I sort this. Have already rebooted my hub
Hi @JamboJimbo1874 welcome to the forum and sorry that you're getting this error.
When you rebooted the hub did you check to see if you had been allocated a different IP address?

Are you using a VPN?
Do you get the error using webmail? www.bt.com/email
