Well that's the problem, i.e. what I've put in the subject line. Cannot understand this, as my husband's email is unaffected. But when I try my Inbox I get a BT message saying they are "experiencing problems with this service". We use Firefox. A friend has shown me how to use Outlook and I am hobbling along on this, but most of my contacts don't come up and I certainly can't send group messages in my usual way. Any ideas, anyone?
