Problems with emails not sending
I have two emails set up, one for myself and one for my husband. Mine is ok, but if I check my husband's emails on the BT app on my phone and need to send anything, it won't send. In the inbox it shows all his emails. On the desktop computer, it shows no emails in the inbox at all and no outstanding emails waiting to be sent. I have also discovered that the internet connection on my sky Q box is not connected and when I type in the internet password it is not recognised.
Any suggestions would be a great help.
