Emails will not scroll down and links in emails don’t work

Hi All,

We are almost out of our testing phase and ready to push a release that should help fix this issue.

I should know more at the start of next week if we haven't already gone live by then.

I have a similar problem, but I'm very old school and access my email via an internet browser on my laptop.  This has only started happening in the last couple of weeks, but I cannot now scroll down my emails using the Page Up/Down arrows on the computer; instead I have to use my trackpad and the scrollbar at the side of the page.  However, I don't think I'm having a problem with email links.

I have the same problem but only started when the email layout changed.

I agree with this timeframe.  I've also seen emails 'squashed' in view, so that text wraps around strangely, leaving odd letters on the next line.  I can also remember seeing mail from M&S with text boxes that wrap around so badly that I only see a vertical line of single letters!

The "unable to scroll down" topic was a year ago, I STILL can't scroll down using the up/down arrows (no mouse) any idea why?

Does it scroll if you use the scroll bar at the side of the email?
