Emails
Hi can anyone help me ?
I’m currently able to receive emails but cannot send. I get a box that comes up saying The user or password for……. Is incorrect. Don’t understand what that means and haven’t a clue what to do next.

Are you presently a BT Broadband customer or are you paying for your email through a BT Premium email account?
If neither of the above your email account may have been downgraded to a BTMail Basic account which can not be used with an email client or an email app which I have presumed you are using.
Can you send and receive if you use a web browser?
