Enough is enough
Every so often bt mail says my session has expired and to log in again.
This I do every time but it then say information is incorrect IT IS NOT so now I am stuck. Last time this happened I phoned the helpline where a very kind gentleman took me through some moves which he said meant I would not have to sign in again This was brilliant while it lasted but now I am back to the going round in circles
I have devised a system for me to remember my passwords as I age. I do not want to keep reinstalling and changing passwords for no reason.
Is this becoming the norm now or a bug they cannot fix.
