Error message when forwarding an email or attaching a file
I get this error every time I try to send an email with an attachment. It happens on every "to" address I've tried.
Sorry your email could not be delivered due to content policy reasons. Please check your message content for URLs, content and subject matter that could be construed as Malware, Spam or Phishing before retrying. (6-1-3-1) ID (65A5686F06EE6D34)
Any ideas?

Is it with every attachment or just one in particular?
Does your email send without an attachment?
Are you using a VPN?
Have you tried turning off your BT Hub for at least 15 minutes. This will allow it to get a new IP address and new BT email server when you turn it back on?

Yes, it happens to every email with an attachment or containing an image and when forwarding any email containing an image
No, I don't think I'm using a VPN as Norton only applies a VPN when asked t od so and I had not doen that in this session on the PC
Yes, it's made zero difference.

No. I've just tried it out - it does NOT happen when replying to an email that was sent to me with an attachment.
