We do not send bulk emails.

Same here. No bulk emailing. Innocuous email about concert times.

Hi, I have just had one of these "Too many messages" blocks when I tried to send an email. Makes no sense, as it was the first email I tried to send today. In fact I had only sent 5 previous emails in the last 10 days. And it was to one person, with no copy recipients. So I suspect it is one of those flags that does not mean what it says. Why? Having been blocked I decided to read a few emails instead, and every time I opened an email I got a message "Wait for the email to finish loading", and a whirly circle. I hadn't been trying to do anything in the email I had opened, I got the warning as soon as I opened it. So I suspect both warnings are really prompted by BT's servers / gateways being busy. It all cleared after a couple of hours.
