Faulty line feeds in BT mail attachments

Line feeds are still in the wring places in attachments on BT Mail. This problem has been around for months now. I thought I saw mention of an update which allegedly cures it but, when I looked, I couldn't find it. Any ideas?

Re: Faulty line feeds in BT mail attachments

Hi @dixonmg

Are you using BT Webmail or the BT Email app? Are you able to check to see if the issue happens on both?

Re: Faulty line feeds in BT mail attachments

Thanks for responding. I am sure that, when it started some months ago, it was on both webmail (on my PC) and on the app. I was using webmail yesterday when I posted my message. I have checked today and the problem is still there but, checking the same messages on the app on my phone, the problem is not there. So the app seems to have been fixed but is there any cure for webmail?

OK, thanks @dixonmg

I've passed this feedback on to the BT Email team so that they can look into this further.

Hi @dixonmg

Is it possible for you to share a screenshot of what the line break issue looks like? Please obscure any sensitive information like email addresses etc.

Thanks

Chris

I did take a screenshot the other day, but couldn't see at the time how to add it to my message. But I've had another

Yes, I know! That's why I thought it was time to rattle the cage again, in the hope of securing a cure.
