When I type an email, it sometimes start at about size 18 for a paragraph or two, but then it changes to 14 (on a new paragraph) which is too small for me to read easily. I have tried highlighting everything (CrtlA), from start to finish (signature) and setting the font size at 18, but when I type again in between the start and the end, the typing will change to 14 again. When I click on font size, I get Default at the top of the list. That is ticked, but I don't know what the setting is. I have been to 'Settings', but I can't see anything there about font size (or font name, for that matter). How do I set the font size I want and make it stay that way for good? I sometimes might change the font size of a word for emphasis. but I don't want the computer doing it.

Hi @Bert4545
Thanks for coming to our community.
Have you tried clearing your cookies to see if this helps?
Is it just your PC you use to access your emails?
Lesley
I have not tried clearing my cookies. Why should cookies affect my email? Many site say you have to accept their cookies for the site to work properly. I almost always reject cookies when I can, or accept only essential cookies.
Yes, I only use my PC to compose emails.
Thanks for confirming that @Bert4545
Clearing cookies has helped customers with similar issues in the past, so it's worth a try to rule that out.

OK. I can give that a try. But it doesn't sound like a permanent solution. As the cookies mount up again, the problem will recur. As it is a BT website, shouldn't BT be able to stop it?
I cleared my cookies yesterday; the font changed in an email today.
Thanks for trying that, @Bert4545
I recommend speaking with our email technical support team, so they can look into this to try and help get it working correctly for you.
Keep us updated with what happens please.
