Font size in emails

Hope someone might be able to help.

I use the standard font size when writing emails.

Sometimes the font size in an email changes when I send it. On quite a few occasions, recipients tell me that the font size is so big that they can not read it.

Although I can't be certain it seems to be limited to 'replies' to emails, not when I compose an email afresh.

Is there something I need to change?

Try clearing your browser's history, cache and cookies to see if that helps.
