I don't get any spam either, nothing, zip, zilch. The last time I had a spam email, was months ago, indeed I believe it was toward the end of 2024 and it was quickly dealt with. The reason I don't get any spam is because my email provider is good and it deals with it.
Yes, spam exists and others can blame account holders all they want for the amount of spam they get, but this is clearly an issue for many BT email account holders. I'm sure I'll be 'reminded' that only a small portion of the 8 million or so BT email account holders have a problem because only a very small number of people come to the forum to complain. Imagine if all of the people who have issues with BT email came to this forum to complain and each one created yet another thread complaining about BT email to add to the untold number of threads that already exist complaining about BT email. Do I really need to harp on about it? Probably not. I eagerly await the next email thread to be created moaning about well, err, spam.
