What is the contact info to get our domain removed from your email blacklist? We're an amateur radio organization that supports tens of thousands of users, yet any support emails from our helpdesk to btinternet.com users bounce. As a volunteer, I don't want to make international calls on my personal cellphone to the listed phone number (only contact info I can find on the website).

Understood and I did. Since I've seen others with this problem I'll wait and see if anything actually gets done about it.

Just to that you are aware as it appears that you are not, this is a BT residential customer to customer forum. Your post does not go to BT.
The BT Postmaster is not renowned for its timeously replies. I would suggest that you keeping emailing them until you get a reply.
