Help please - 554 Message rejected for policy reasons (2.1.2.3) ....

I know that this has come up on threads before but I have been through and tested a combination of things that have been suggested as resolutions....

My Friend has been blocked sending any emails to BT addresses from her @ntlworld.com account she helps out on a local community council and uses email address lists that include multiple bt email addresses but I dont think she exceeds the maximum limitation and shes not a mass mail person for sure... @JohnC2  @NeilO is there anyway I can PM her email address to get checked please?

Make sure that your friend is complying with the following link and if need be she should contact the BT postmaster as per the link

Many thanks... Yes and checked all of this... We have a feeling something may have happened from her email account but that has now been rectified and passwords all changed etc. Bounce backs with error message occurring automatically all the time now to any BT email even with plain text content.

It may be that her email account was either hacked or her email address has been "spoofed" and was used by scammers to send spam.

If she contacts the BT Postmaster they may be able to assist.
