We've got a newsletter sign-up with a company called MailerLite, but recently the link stopped working for some people in the UK. Others in other countries are able to follow the sign-up link no problem. After checking with MailerLite they say that it could be being blocked by BT and we need to get the domain whitelisted. The basic domain is subscribepage.io then there is a specific link for the newsletter which I can share if needed.
Anyone know if and how I can get this fixed?
Many thanks,
Al

The company will need to make sure that they comply with the following information and if they do they will need to contact the BT Postmaster to see if they can be whitelisted.
Thank you for the comment and for the link. I fear that may be a challenge. I am a one-man band who uses MailerLite to run email campaigns and links to downloadable newsletters. In turn MailerLite uses subcribepage.io, which is a separate company, to host its customer websites and landing pages. All I can find about subscribepage.io is that it is US-based and privately owned, maybe part of +Subscribe. MailerLite is Lithuanian, owned by Vercom.
I think my chances of getting either MailerLite or +Subscribe to ask BT Postmaster to help are pretty slim...
There are comments about subscribepage.io landing pages being blocked on the assumption that they are a phishing operation, but then that being corrected and unblocked.
I'm not hopeful...
