How to get a BT Premium Email account

I currently manage my email adresses through somebody else's BT account.

I want to set up a BT Premium Email account in my own name so I can move them over to it.

I do not have an existing BT account, which seems to be making this objective hard to achieve.  Does anybody know how this can be done? I am UK resident etc. TIA

If you do not have a BTID you will possibly not be able to get a BT Premium Email account but to confirm that you will need to call the BT Premium Email Team 0808 100 6778.
