How to open emails from a tower from one location which is now connected to my hub

My relative had a serious illness. So their tower from their home is now in mine and connected to the back of my wifi hub. I tried unsuccessfully to access the emails with the correct username and password. Is it possible to do this,

Not entirely sure what you mean by 'tower' and why you have it.

You don't need any of their devices to log in to email. Email can be accessed from anywhere by webmail.

If by "tower" you mean your relative's computer, then this normally does not hold any of your relative's emails. They are instead held on BT's servers and you can access them via BT's webmail system, if you login in using your relative's email address and password.
Be aware though that BT has now introduced two factor authorisation and will probably want to send a text with an access code to either your relative's mobile phone (if the relative has already set this up) or to a mobile phone that you can specify (if no mobile phone has already been set up)

Hello chrisjp,

Thankyou for your answer, unfortunately I still could not log in. When trying, the username and password boxes wer stored. But  A friend tried as well which also it did not work. they looked at the cache and then manually entered the password without success.

Any thoughts

While this is most likely a genuine plea for help I would suggest that the forum should not be assisting some unknown person to hack into another person's email account.

If you are looking for assistance to get into the email account you will need to contact BT 0330.1234.150 and see if they will help.
