How to reactivate closed email account

Some time ago I deactivated an email account but it is still showing in my accounts but blacked out. I have tried to reactivate it but having difficulty in setting it up. How do I do this please?

You can not reactivate a deleted email account but you may be able to re-use the email address if it still showing in your MyBT.
