I cannot log into my email. A floating log in box appears for a second.

I cannot log into my email. The correct boxes appear and are filled. Then an extra empty log in box floats for a second on the centre of the screen then disappears.

can you log into your email using web mail and not app?

I have got in now with the help of BT technical support. I had to delete my browsing data.
