I must have sent too many messages out on Friday afternoon because BT has blocked outbound messages across all my devices. How do I unblock

There are - provided you select one of the messages and read through the responses. Rather than an error, it is most likely due to circumstances as you'll see going through the various responses.
It seems to be sorted now
My problem is back again. It allowed about 15 emails to go this morning. I am an active golf organiser and I think the BT software has taken an objection to the word "golf". It is now blocking even small emails some of which do not having a golf connection

Fully sorted now but I needed to contacts BT themselves and their Tech Team sorted it. However be aware that there is a limit on how many messages you can send
