Is it only emails that you have this trouble with, or are other longer documents also having the same issues?
Have you tried using a different web browser or device to print from?
What printer do you have? Have you tried uninstalling the printer and installing it again?

How are you opening the email. Is it with a single click or is it with a double click so that the email opens in a new page?

When you click "Print" are you getting a preview of the email that is about to print and is it a preview of the full email or does your printer just start printing without showing a preview?

Thank you! It's just BT email and recently. I have tried using different browser. Do not believe its my printer. Have just tried again, and this time, it let me print all the pages but with huge margins left and right. I'm guessing that BT is working on this software glitch?

Single click, but get whole email on new page. Double click does nothing. I do get a preview, but then only first page printed. BTW, have just retried, and now it is printing everything but with huge margins left and right. I'm guessing BT is trying to sort software glitches, as doesn't make sense that things are changing day to day.

Go to your printer settings.  Look for "fit to page".  Also make sure you have the correct paper size selected.

Hi there,

I came across this really annoying issue this morning, but might have a solution for you. 

When you go to your inbox click on the email once but do not open it - you only want to select / highlight it. Then on the top menu bar that has compose, reply, reply all, forward etc - the very end one is more, click on it for the drop down menu and select print. This should then print as normal.

Perhaps, sometimes people just find a work around that kind of works but is still **bleep** and the formatting is all messed up - this solution though should work for everyone. Anyway it's there for other people to try now as when I had the same problem this thread came up without a clear solution.
