I'm leaving BT broadband. I understand I can access my BT email address on the web, that's fine with me.
My question is, how can I see BT mail on my phone, which is with a different provider.
I know I could pin the web page on my start screen, but that will only work when there's a wifi connection, and it will probably require signing in every time.

You log onto your BTMail account in the same way as you would log on with any web browser. It does not matter that you are with a different provider.
It will work with your phone's 4/5g connection and a wifi connection and yes you will need to log on every time you want to use it.

Re: I'm leaving BT / EE, how will I see BT email on phone?
Thanks, but I was hoping to avoid having to depend on a wifi connection, which isn't always available.
Logging in is less of a problem, as my phone will auto suggest my email address after I have typed four letters of it, while the Password Manager will deal with the password.

As I posted above, your email account will work if you do not have a wifi connection, it will work using your mobile phone's networks 4/5g data. If you have wifi it will use that instead of 4/5g.

My apologies for misreading your post as "will not work". Thank you for clarifying it to me.
