I constantly get the message "We are experiencing issues with the service, please try again later." on my email, plus I often have to refresh as it's says there are no emails & when I do emails I've deleted or moved reappear.

When you're seeing these errors, how is it you're accessing your emails?
Is this via Webmail, the BT Email app, or a separate client?
If it's Webmail, have you had a chance to try a different device or browser, too?

I'm assuming webmail, it doesn't happen on my phone (Android) only laptop, I think it was on Edge, I tried on Chrome, still happens occasionally, but nowhere near as much

Can you try clearing the browsers cookies and cache on the laptop to see if this helps?
If you experience problems and this error message after trying this, can you restart the router and laptop and try again.
