I have recently lost all emails in my folder before July 2025 - they are not in the the trash. They have disappeared. I do have outlook on my mobile device but they are not synced - will these missing emails be on the BT Server - there is no contact number for me to call only Chatbox - thanks

Apologies for the delay in responding.
Are you able to try deactivating "conversation view", if this is showing purple when you log into your account, as this will restrict how many emails you are able to see?
