My partner uses an email address that we setup years ago when we first moved to BT. It was a secondary address to the main address.
However that address doesn't appear in the list of email addresses that can be managed when I go into the MyBT /manage emails area in the app/ website.
But, when the address gets any security alerts or needs an authentication code, they come to my email/ recovery address at the primary account. Which indicates they are somehow linked in the background.
Question: how can I add/ claim/ find the address so I can then gift it so it can be managed and recovered independently?
I have read various help pages on gifting etc, but none seem to quite match my issue.
