Mobile email log in

My email log in has started dropping out mainly in the evening.  I could log in about 6 times.  Ive install/uninstall numerous times.

Any ideas?

Welcome to the BT Community

With you saying you have installed/uninstalled, are you using the BTMail app or another email client app? Have you tested logging into webmail using your browser and does the issue occur there at all if you test? 

When you say dropping out, do you mean you are being logged out or something else?  When it is happening are  you doing something specific at the time?

I am using the BT app on my mobile.  A good % of the time its ok, but evenings I could log back in upto 6 times or so.

I just pick up the phone to check my emails....and it can happen.  

I'm not sure I know what you mean by logging in to webmail!!??  Thanks

Also I should add,  nothing is wrong with email connection on PC

Ditch the BT mail app and use a decent one such as Blue Mail

Its only just started happening, OK on PC and has been ok for years up until now!
