My Email Account

I now have 60 emails in my inbox which I have tried to access for weeks but all I keep getting is an error page https://email.bt.com/mail23/index-rui.jsp?v=MX_2.33.0#app/mail which I thought might go eventually. Does anyone know how I can get rid of it please

What happens when you try to log on using this link?

Have you tried clearing your browser's history and cookies?

If you are using a short cut to the log on page try using either the link above or the BTMail log on page via the BT website.
