Hi, I currently login to MyBT by using a Username and password. I also have other email addresses associated with my BT account, and it all desperately needs rationalising. For example, when I try to update my account, I am prompted to "Please Upgrade your Profile" by choosing an email address. This, I understand will give me a BTID. Please see screenshot
However, when I choose my regular bt address, I get a dialogue box which prevents me using it.
Obviously, for security reasons, I can't post details, so please could someone get back to me via a PM and help me resolve this issue.
