Hi, for some reason I am not receiving Excel spreadsheets that are being sent to my primary BT email address. This has just happened in the last week or so. Have logged into two other email addresses I have and sent a test email with an Excel attachment - shows in sent but doesn't arrive in the primary email.
Has anyone else had any problems like this and have a possible solution?

Outlook and Gmail have their own excel apps but have you got spreadsheet software installed for bt mail to open the file?
Also try to right-click on the file and select properties. Next click unblock if that's the issue.
Also check if there are security/privacy options that may be causing the problem in the BT mail platform.
