I am not receiving some emails from a particular source - my golf club. I have done all the usual checks on blocked senders etc but still no joy. I can receive these emails through another email address via an alternative provider.

If you have not already done it try adding the golf club email address to your "Safe Sender" list.
If that does not help the golf club secretary will need to contact the BT Postmaster, email address in following link, and request that the golf club email address be "white listed".

Thank you - that seems to be working.
However it doesn't address why these email addresses were rejected in the first place!
It may have been suspected as spam because it will have been sent to multiple people.
