I've got the same issue... no emails, especially verification emails that i need for bank account, are coming through at all. Not in spam, not in blocked senders. It's obviously another BT email.issue. they can't be trusted.
Which is it, is it no emails get through or just verification emails from your bank?
Have you checked your blocked list for the banks email address and the bank's domain per chance it is there?
Have you added the bank's email email address and domain to your safe senders list.
Fo you have any antivirus/malware that vould be blocking the email address?
As far as i know It's verification emails....ie ones to reset password on websites, ones from vinted to update my details. It's causing me a load of hassle. Not ones from my bank... just other companies and who knows what else I'm not receiving. I've got no blocked senders, no rules set up, no antivirus apart from whatever BT put on themselves.
