Paste function not working on webmail

Trying to set up a MSTeams meeting, which I have done before with no issues, now find BTwebmail will not allow me to paste the meeting details copied from Teams. I am able to paste them into email on Gmail. I can also copy and paste from a MSWord document to BTwebmail.

Any ideas why this is happening?

You would be better off calling BT support staff to ask them specific technical questions relating to why their email system won’t interact in the same way as gmail does. Reading through the threads on this forum, there appear to be so many issues relating to BT email, that it makes one wonder if it’s even worth bothering with. But, customers still use it and they expect it to work, so give support a call and ask them why you can’t do what you wish to do.

Thanks for coming back to the community.

I've ran this by someone in our email team and they have tried to the same steps through webmail and are able to successfully copy and paste a Teams invitation. 

Can you try to restart the device and try again to see if that helps?

If it is still the same, please try to clear the cookies and cache from your browser, or try logging in from another device.
