BT Mail not sending on iPhone 14

I've had the same issue with an iPhone 11 pro max, (I'm receiving email OK but outgoing mail sticks in the outbox)

and I've just checked my BT.com account and I pay for the premium email.

Are you using the standard 'mail' app or the 'BT Email' app?

Thanks for the welcome, I'm using the standard iPhone mail app, does it work with less issues using 'BT Email' app?
