Re: BT Webmail Feedback v2 (post 16th April release)
I tried using MS Outlook application instead of via a browser and it was no better. Painfully slow and not synching up with the BT Mail app or BT web-based mails. And let's face it, if Gmail, Yahoo, and Hotmail work fine on a browser, why can't BT achieve this?

I suspect you configured Outlook as POP3 rather than IMAP.
Outlook 2010 works just fine for me.

No, I followed the instructions for IMAP.
I could try another email client. Are you saying all the browser- based issues aren't present with Outlook 2010?

Of course not, it is the web GUI that is the problem, not the mail service.
Try Thunderbird or EmClient.

Ah yes - of course the App uses the same mail service and that appears to be working as normal. I'll try another email client at some point then, and report back.
