Re: Bt email down yet again

This answer is rubbish. I have spoken this so called team five times now and they have all admitted they do not deal with email queries and cannot put customers in touch with the "tech team" that does. All my calls have lasted over an hour trying to find out why BT have deleted all my email address's that I have had for over 15yrs. Sick of BT.

@cms1

are you currently a BT broadband customer or do you pay for premium email?

Was paying for Premium. Asked to go back to basic as we have had the email address's so long we could keep them all. Instead of the address's being transfered they seem to be deleted and i can no longer log in to my account. So i now have no access to email of any kind. Some of these address's are used for my work

If you've gone back to basic email then are you still trying to use an email client (such as on your mobile phone or something like Thunderbird on a PC) to access your emails?
With basic email, you can only access your email via a web browser so that might be why you're saying you now have no access to email of any kind.
Apologies if I've got this wrong!

If you are no longer BT Broadband customer or paying for your email through a BT Premium email account or you migrate to EE Broadband then your email account will have been downgraded to a BTMail Basic account which can not be used with an email client or email apps.

Have you tried logging onto your email account using a web browser?
