GMail rejecting my emails DKIM did not pass and SPF did not pass

Good news! Both of the emails that I sent from my wife’s two email addresses to her friend reached the recipient and were acknowledged. It looks as though the problem has been solved. I must say I would never have thought of the solution myself, so thank you very much Liquorice for your help.
