Incoming Emails from a trusted source are bouncing...

I send emails containing a link to an item, which has NEVER been a problem before, and I get back a refusal from postmaster.

Send it via gmail and surprise, surprise it gets received by the recipient with all the links included, attachments added, you name it they get it.

Has bt's email service got paranoia? Is it suffering from the current trend in all works of life? You know the one where the slightest, smallest incident results in a massive knee-jerk reaction resulting in frustration and inconvenience for the vast majority?

P.S. Just clicked the link recommended to solve it..... Got a 404 error, can't  find the page your looking for..... 😂

Unfortunately the 'above link' has disappeared, however I did solve the problem and will hold my hand up and admit my error in this incidence.😖

Said recipient no longer had the email address I had for them and I had inadvertently copied an old contact list backup to my tablet. The subsequent gmail was sent to ALL the addresses I had for them, which obviously worked.

As, in the past, I've had emails bounced by BT due to size issues I jumped to hastily to the wrong conclusion...... My bad!

By way of atonement am currently eating humble pie, washed down with Laphroaig..... X
